WEALTH measures the value of all assets of worth owned by a person,
community, company or country. Wealth is determined by taking the total
market value of all physical and intangible assets owned, then subtracting
all debts. Essentially, wealth is the accumulation of resources.

African Americans have acquired more advanced degrees than in any time
in American history. We make more money than ever before. It has been
reported that the buying power within the African American community now
exceeds 1.1 trillion dollars annually. In light of these facts it would be logical
to conclude that our community is thriving economically and prosperity
abounds. Unfortunately, we know this to be far from our reality. And, despite these advances we have amassed very little wealth.

How does our block buying initiative address this problem? Simple,
through real estate investment. Investing in real estate builds wealth as well
as increases our stake in our own communities. Every abandoned or
dilapidated building that is rehabbed and purchased increases the
value of our neighborhoods; while making them safer and providing a higher
standard of living for those who reside within the community.

This program is not for everyone. Rather, it is designed for the intrinsically motivated, risk takers and entrepreneurial minded. We look to help individuals who understand the importance of financial freedom and are ready to take control of their financial future; and understand that a job alone is not the answer.

This intensive two-session training program culminates with the
participants acquiring their first rental property. For some, this may mean buying as a secondary property and for others it may be an owner-occupied purchase. Notwithstanding every property that our participants purchase will be newly rehabbed and comes equipped with high-end finishes and appliances, as well as a one year warranty on all major systems.

This program is free, the only associated cost is an $100 application fee that will be refunded upon completion of the program.
